Job Requirements

Ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing walking bending and lifting
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic English communication skills
Willingness to provide excellent guest service
Commitment to following safety and hygiene protocols
Legal authorization to work in the respective country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role beneficial but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift supplies
Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
Change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
Dispose of trash and recyclables
Respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
Perform guest turn down service as needed
