Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
Effective communication skills in English
Commitment to follow health and safety standards
Basic computer literacy
Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
Strong organization and time management skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to retain and manage up to four orders at a time

Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming and dusting
Clean main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
Clean and defrost refrigerators, change bed linens, and maintain linen supplies
Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, windows, and light fixtures
Launder all linens using community laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, assist with meal orders and dining area maintenance
