Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks from detailed written instructions
- attention to detail of work routine required
- prolonged periods of standing walking or sitting while on duty
- lifting pushing and pulling up to 10-15 pounds with or without assistance
- visual and auditory acuity and manual dexterity essential to performing designated duties
- ability to perform effectively in a stressful and fast paced environment
- ability to pass all required health and other screening tests
- willingness to wear personal protective equipment and follow universal precautions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Sweeps mops and polishes floors
- vacuums and spot cleans carpets
- dusts furniture woodwork equipment and dust mops floors
- polishes and cleans fixtures in utility room and bathrooms
- cleans fixtures equipment windows walls rest rooms
- stocks supplies in rest rooms as needed
- removes solid linens trash bio-hazard from collection areas
- notifies supervisor regarding needed repairs
- submits supply order sheets on a weekly basis
- gathers and disposes trash and waste materials
- assists and performs Laundry Tech Linen Handler functions as needed
- assists and performs Utility Tech functions as needed
- participates in educational programs and in-services
- attends meetings as required
