Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant cleaning experience
Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Reliable transportation and ability to provide own cleaning equipment if contracting
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
Compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Ability to submit timely and accurate documentation
Valid business licenses and insurance for contractors
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
Must pass independent contractor classification tests if applicable

Job Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical use
Strong time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail
Certified Custodial Technician (CCT) preferred
Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification preferred
OSHA Hazard Communication training preferred
Carpet Cleaning Technician certification preferred
Bloodborne Pathogen certification for healthcare cleaning
Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
Business license if operating independently
General liability insurance
Workers' compensation insurance if hiring employees
Bonding insurance
W-9 form submission
Certificate of Good Standing if operating under LLC or corporation

Job Duties

Clean residences 1-2 times per week
Clean offices daily each weekday
Clean company-owned vehicles weekly
Submit daily cleaning checklists by 5 PM
Submit weekly cleaning schedules by Friday 5 PM
Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
Manage and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
Participate in external and internal audits
Assist with training and onboarding of new contractors
Maintain compliance with safety protocols and participate in drills
