Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday
- Willingness to maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not required
- Ability to interact positively with residents and staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Ability to handle physical aspects of housekeeping work
Job Duties
- Provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas
- Clean and maintain over 200 resident apartments
- Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining supplies and equipment related to housekeeping
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Participate in training and development sessions
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and service at all times
