Job Requirements

No previous experience required
Ability to perform essential cleaning tasks
Availability for on-call scheduling
Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Willingness to work flexible hours
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours on an on-call schedule
Willingness to learn and undergo training
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail
Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors
Vacuums carpets, rugs, and draperies
Shampoos carpets, rugs, and upholstery
Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings
Cleans metal fixtures and fittings
Empties and cleans trash containers
Disposes of trash in a sanitary manner
Cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers
Wipes down glass surfaces
Makes up beds and changes linens as required
Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout
Responds to guest queries and requests
Responds to calls for housekeeping issues such as spills and broken glasses
Contributes to team efforts and exhibits professionalism
Performs other duties as assigned
