Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to engage respectfully with residents and staff
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal skills with genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect all necessary areas
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essential items
Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure safety and comfort
Cooperate effectively with team members and other departments
Manage physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing or walking
