Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
availability to work one weekend day per week (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)
ability to communicate in English
physical ability to perform cleaning duties
dependable and punctual
respectful and patient with elderly residents

Job Qualifications

pleasant and courteous demeanor
swift and thorough cleaning skills
experience in restaurant, healthcare, hospital, hotel, or hospitality cleaning preferred
experience working with senior populations preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

clean resident apartments according to standards
sanitize restrooms and common areas thoroughly
maintain cleanliness of office and surrounding areas
interact courteously with residents and guests
follow housekeeping guidelines set by the Director of Housekeeping
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
report any maintenance or safety issues observed
