Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine care and respect for elderly and disabled individuals

Job Duties

Clean resident and facility areas including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other necessary items regularly
Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate staff
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
Support team members in maintaining overall facility sanitation
