Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents with Alzheimer’s or dementia, family members, staff, and visitors

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated commitment to excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
Experience interacting patiently with elderly residents and those with cognitive impairments

Job Duties

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of residents' homes and community common areas
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families
Adhere to Touchmark's core values in all interactions
Work occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Maintain patient and tactful composure when engaging with residents, including those with Alzheimer’s or dementia
Communicate effectively in English
Support team efforts to provide exceptional hospitality and service
