Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

Exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
Responsible for daily housekeeping of guest rooms and or public areas to ensure Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met
Works flexible days and shifts as required
Maintains a strong service-oriented attitude
Communicates effectively in English
Collaborates well with others in the team
Ensures guest satisfaction through attention to detail
