Job Requirements
- available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance
- willingness to undergo background and drug screening contingent on company policy
- commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
