Job Requirements

available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance
willingness to undergo background and drug screening contingent on company policy
commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
fill the housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies and chemicals, transport the cart to the rooms, and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
follow all company policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents
welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
