Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including refrigerators, heat system filters, changing bed linens, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments with special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests and serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take and serve residents' meal and dessert orders courteously
- Return cart to kitchen and assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes after meals and reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
