Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
knowledge of basic furniture assembly and maintenance tasks
strong communication skills
good organizational skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
physical capability to perform lifting and moving of heavy items
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

available for work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
must have reliable transportation
professional and courteous demeanor and attitude
works well with others
ability to lift or move furniture or furnishings weighing up to 60 pounds
trustworthy and respectful of occupied residences

Job Duties

perform bi-weekly, weekly, monthly and turnover changes
set up apartments including furniture assembly and amenities placement
pack and move bins as needed
move furniture as needed
steam carpets and furniture as necessary
report and replace broken or damaged appliances and furniture
note and report maintenance issues
check and return items left behind during turnovers
keep storage areas organized and clean
handle guest relations professionally
complete cleaning of property clubhouses and make-ready units
