Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
- knowledge of basic furniture assembly and maintenance tasks
- strong communication skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical capability to perform lifting and moving of heavy items
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- available for work Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm
- must have reliable transportation
- professional and courteous demeanor and attitude
- works well with others
- ability to lift or move furniture or furnishings weighing up to 60 pounds
- trustworthy and respectful of occupied residences
Job Duties
- perform bi-weekly, weekly, monthly and turnover changes
- set up apartments including furniture assembly and amenities placement
- pack and move bins as needed
- move furniture as needed
- steam carpets and furniture as necessary
- report and replace broken or damaged appliances and furniture
- note and report maintenance issues
- check and return items left behind during turnovers
- keep storage areas organized and clean
- handle guest relations professionally
- complete cleaning of property clubhouses and make-ready units
