Job Requirements

Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to lift objects heavier than 25 pounds with assistance
Ability to push and pull loaded housekeeping carts
Capability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach overhead
Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

No high school diploma or GED required
No prior related work experience required
No supervisory experience required
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties

Respond promptly to guest and department requests
Fill and transport supply carts to assigned areas
Enter guest rooms following security procedures
Replace guest amenities and supplies
Change linens and towels
Make beds and fold linens
Clean bathrooms and remove trash
Check appliances are present and functional
Straighten and dust furniture and fixtures
Vacuum carpets and perform floor care
Follow safety and security policies
Report maintenance and safety issues
Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
Welcome and assist guests according to standards
Support team goals
Perform duties requiring physical exertion
Carry out additional tasks as assigned
