Job Duties

  • Respond promptly to guest and department requests
  • Fill and transport supply carts to assigned areas
  • Enter guest rooms following security procedures
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies
  • Change linens and towels
  • Make beds and fold linens
  • Clean bathrooms and remove trash
  • Check appliances are present and functional
  • Straighten and dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpets and perform floor care
  • Follow safety and security policies
  • Report maintenance and safety issues
  • Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome and assist guests according to standards
  • Support team goals
  • Perform duties requiring physical exertion
