Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- must have reliable transportation, car insurance, and a valid driver's license
- must love to clean
- must be able to speak and understand English
- ability to start and end the day at the Gilbert office
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks
- basic English speaking and comprehension skills
Job Duties
- Travel to customers' homes as part of a two-person crew
- perform routine and specific cleaning and sanitizing tasks
- use Two Maids cleaning products, procedures, and best practices
- clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floors
- transport cleaning products to and from job sites
- provide excellent customer service to clients
- attend and participate in team meetings
