Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Mt Baldy resort
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage in team cross-training
- Compliance with safety standards and resort policies
- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn multiple roles within the resort
- Leadership skills for lead or manager positions
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain tent cabins weekly during summer months
- Perform nightly cleaning of rental accommodations in Baldy Village year-round
- Ensure all lodging areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Support other resort departments as needed through cross-training initiatives
- Lead housekeeping teams as assigned in lead or managerial roles
- Maintain records of maintenance requests and communicate issues promptly
