The company is currently hiring Housekeepers (also referred to as House Cleaning or Maids) immediately to join their family-oriented work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with backgrounds in home health aide, caretaking, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiting tables, or hotel housekeeping to apply their experience in a rewarding new setting. Working with Two Maids & A Mop means no nights, no weekends, and no holiday shifts, providing an ideal work-life balance with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Housekeepers will enjoy competitive compensation, earning between $16 to $22 per hour plus tips, which translates to about $400 to $600 per week. The company emphasizes a pay-for-performance bonus system that rewards employees who demonstrate exceptional dedication and customer satisfaction. Supplies and equipment necessary for job duties are provided by the employer, along with weekly bonuses, awards, and incentives to recognize hard work and outstanding performance.
