Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- ability to work the specified schedule (Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- good work ethic and commitment to serving clients
- willingness to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- ability to work Monday to Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently
- travel between job sites using own vehicle
- provide exceptional customer service to clients
- use company-supplied cleaning products and equipment
- adhere to company policies and quality standards
- contribute to a positive and family-oriented work environment
- participate in incentive and bonus programs
