Job Requirements
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- ability to pass a background check
- physical stamina for cleaning duties
- reliable transportation
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- legally authorized to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in residential cleaning is an asset
- ability to work independently without direct supervision
- excellent customer service skills
- physical capability to perform cleaning duties
- punctuality and reliability
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean client homes thoroughly and efficiently to high standards
- manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
- maintain positive and professional interactions with clients
- work independently or with a partner as required
- adapt to changes in scheduling and client requests
- consistently uphold quality and customer service principles
- comply with company policies including passing background checks
