Detail Cleaning Services is a reputable and customer-focused cleaning company serving residential clients throughout the Houston area. Known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional service, we take pride in the work we do and the experience we provide to every customer. Our professional team is dedicated to making every home feel cared for through thorough and detail-oriented cleaning practices. We are currently expanding our workforce to meet increasing demand and are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a robust compensation package including a base pay of $700 to $1,200 per week once fully trained, supplemented by tipping opportunities that can amount to an additional $200 weekly. Employees also enjoy paid training, weekly direct deposits, and incentive programs such as bonuses and referral rewards.
As a Cleaner with Detail Cleaning Services, you will engage in an active, hands-on job that involves walking, bending, scrubbing, and cleaning multiple areas within clients' homes throughout the workday. Given that our team works closely inside customer residences, professionalism, respectfulness, and a strong customer service orientation are absolutely essential. Our schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, with shifts running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and absolutely no night or weekend hours. Only one office visit per week is required, as most of your work will be on the road visiting client homes. Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Insured vehicle in your name
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable working around pets
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physically capable of performing active cleaning duties throughout the day
