Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning jobs
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial work preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning guidelines and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in performing cleaning duties
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, during scheduled hours
Job Duties
- Perform detailed cleaning of clients' homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the company efficiently and safely
- Follow company standards and procedures to ensure consistent, thorough cleaning quality
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude toward clients at all times
- Report any client concerns or supply needs to management promptly
- Participate in on-the-job training to improve skills and service delivery
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations during cleaning tasks
