Job Qualifications
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Physically capable of performing cleaning tasks including lifting up to 20 lbs, standing, bending, and kneeling
- Valid driver license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation
- Follow specified cleaning procedures and use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to understand cleaning needs and provide exceptional service
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled hours
- Maintain organized work areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are properly handled and stored
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to management promptly
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and professionalism at all times
