Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties
Available to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
Valid Minnesota driver’s license
Ability to drive company vehicle safely

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Valid Minnesota driver’s license for driving company vehicles
Good communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to company standards
Communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with supplies
Follow the company’s cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships
Work as part of a team to complete assigned housekeeping tasks
