Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- able to pass a background check
- have a great attitude and be a team player
- take pride in your work
- willingness to learn cleaning techniques
- ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting under 15 pounds
- driver's license preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cleaning experience required due to training
- willingness to learn and follow established cleaning protocols
- ability to work full time Monday to Friday
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to punctuality and reliability
Job Duties
- clean homes according to the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- provide consistent and high-quality cleaning services
- work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
- participate in training and development programs
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- perform light physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 pounds
- collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
