Job Requirements
- strong track record of reliability
- valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- physically prepared to be active for 6-7 hours a day and lift 25-40 lbs
- commitment to long-term employment
- responsible for maintaining your cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work independently with accountability
- excellent communication skills
- professionalism in client and team interactions
Job Duties
- clean bathrooms including toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- dust and wipe surfaces, baseboards, cupboards, and counters
- vacuum, sweep, and mop floors throughout the home
- make beds and change bedding
- tidy and straighten personal items such as folding blankets or picking up toys
- clean kitchen areas including the microwave and spot-cleaning as needed
- take out trash and ensure every space looks its best
- remove pet or kid marks, food spills, and other messes with care
