Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
complete a background check
physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, stoop, bend, kneel, stretch throughout an 8-hour workday
able to lift at least 25 pounds
available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 am to 5:30 pm
able to drive a company car if applying for team lead
pass any necessary training and assessments

Job Qualifications

No prior experience required
willingness to learn and follow established cleaning processes
ability to work well as part of a team
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
reliable and punctual
valid driver's license preferred for team lead positions

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
follow the proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
maintain cleaning supplies and equipment during work
if promoted to team lead: manage the team's schedule and drive the company vehicle
ensure proper vehicle and equipment maintenance
provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
