Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 4:15pm
Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients

Job Qualifications

No prior experience required
Ability to learn and follow a proven cleaning process
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and working overhead
Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the team's schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate supplies (for team leads)
