Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday during the day from 7am to 5pm
- valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company car preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with clients
- motivated and ready to learn
- no prior experience required
Job Qualifications
- No prior house cleaning experience required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work as part of a team
- excellent customer service skills
- reliable and punctual
- valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- bilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the proven cleaning process to delight customers
- for team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with supplies
- earn tips through excellent service
- uphold professionalism and teamwork in all interactions
