Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- pass a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 5:45pm
- willing to work full-time day shifts
- clean background
- bilingual communication skills preferred
- valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- ability to learn and follow cleaning procedures
- strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work
- valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions
- bilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow the proven cleaning process to ensure high-quality results
- communicate with customers and team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- handle customer inquiries and feedback courteously
- manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- for team leads, drive the company vehicle safely and manage the team’s schedule and workflow
- promote excellent customer service to build trust and repeat business
