Job Requirements
- reliable vehicle for transportation to client homes
- ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- punctuality and professionalism
- ability to pass background checks if required
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and bending
- willingness to relocate to Shreveport, LA prior to starting work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- reliable transportation
- willingness to learn and adapt
- previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently
- follow cleaning schedules and client instructions carefully
- use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- report any maintenance or safety issues encountered during cleaning
- communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
