Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks
- availability to work monday through friday from 8am to 5pm
- bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients
- possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a company car for team leads

- willingness to learn and follow detailed cleaning processes
- experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- clean customers homes according to molly maid standards
- follow the established cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- communicate with customers and team members in a friendly and professional manner
- for team leads, manage team schedules and drive the company vehicle safely
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the car is stocked with supplies
- provide excellent customer service to build repeat business
- adhere to safety and quality protocols
