Job Requirements
- be legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, reach different heights, and complete cleaning as directed
- availability to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
- preferably bilingual and able to communicate with clients
- hold a valid driver’s license for team leader roles
- safely operate a company vehicle for team leader roles
Job Qualifications
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to learn and follow a proven cleaning system
- ability to communicate effectively and politely with clients
- leadership skills for team leader roles
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- clean the houses of clients with the quality of Molly Maid - follow our process and delight every client
- communicate with clients and others in a friendly, positive and professional manner
- ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- for team leaders - manage the team schedule and drive safely
- for team leaders - prepare all necessary cleaning supplies in the company vehicle
