Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- Bilingual preferred
- Must communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to drive a company car if applicable
- Willingness to learn and follow the company’s cleaning process
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required as training is provided
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow the company’s proven cleaning process
- Communicate professionally and positively with customers
- Provide friendly customer service to build client relationships
- For team leads: manage team schedules and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked properly
- Work as part of a team and support team members
