Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours from 8 am to 5 pm
- valid driver’s license required to drive company vehicle
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, bilingual preferred
- no previous cleaning experience required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- willingness to work full-time, Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for team lead positions
- ability to work in various physical conditions including tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead
- customer service experience is a plus
- bilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards using the company's proven process
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner to ensure exceptional service
- manage the team’s schedule and drive the company vehicle safely if assigned as a team lead
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is loaded with appropriate supplies
- deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning results that satisfy customers and encourage repeat business
- work collaboratively as part of a team to complete daily assignments efficiently and effectively
