The role we are currently hiring for is a full-time House Cleaning Technician, also known as a Housekeeper, who will be entrusted with maintaining and improving the cleanliness of our clients' homes. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00, an attractive pay scale that reflects the value placed on skilled cleaning professionals. This is a physically engaging position that requires the technician to perform various cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, sanitizing surfaces, and making beds. The ideal candidate must be physically capable of lifting up to 20 pounds and comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling for extended periods to effectively complete their duties.

An important aspect of the role is the flexibility provided; daily office attendance is not required, allowing technicians to work independently and efficiently in the field. Occasional visits to the office are expected for tasks such as topping off cleaning supplies or handling payments.
