The Residential Cleaning Technician role at Crest Clean AZ is a full-time position perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and have a positive, dependable attitude. The position requires cleaning homes and small office spaces by performing duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and adhering to company checklists to guarantee high-quality results. Technicians are expected to provide friendly and professional customer service, work efficiently alongside cleaning partners, and occasionally manage Airbnb property tasks that include laundering linens and resetting spaces. This role offers an average workload of 32 to 36 hours a week, with a weekly pay structure where employees receive their paychecks every Monday. Starting pay begins at $16 per hour during the first week of paid training, increasing to $17 per hour the following week, and post-training pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour based on job performance and efficiency.
