We’re currently looking to expand our team by hiring full-time Residential House Cleaners who are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about their craft. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and take great pride in their work. As a Residential House Cleaner with us, you will be entrusted with performing both general and deep-cleaning tasks on a recurring schedule, ensuring that clients’ homes remain inviting and hygienic. This full-time position offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with full-time assignments gradually ramping up over a two-week period.

The compensation structure is competitive and designed to reward quality and efficiency. During the initial training week, cleaners earn a flat $14 per hour while learning our proprietary cleaning standards and systems. After training, the pay shifts to a tiered system ranging from $18 to $25 per Job Ticket Hour, depending on the volume and quality of work completed weekly. This pay structure allows motivated cleaners to earn up to $900 per week based on their efficiency and number of homes serviced. In this role, you will be expected to perform a variety of cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, emptying trash, changing linens when necessary, and restocking supplies. You will maintain and organize your cleaning tools and supplies and interact professionally with homeowners. The job also requires efficient time management using our proven cleaning systems and consistent documentation via our mobile application for quality tracking. Comfort and care when engaging with pets in clients’ homes enhance the experience for all parties.

This position requires reliable transportation accompanied by proof of car insurance, the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings, and the physical fitness to perform tasks that include bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Candidates should be comfortable following detailed instructions and using smartphone-based applications for scheduling and notes. The ideal candidate will be outgoing with strong communication skills, self-motivated, adept at managing their time effectively, and tech-savvy enough to quickly master our mobile app for work management.
