Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and perform housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- ability to communicate in English and preferably bilingual
- valid driver’s license if applying as team lead
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning preferred but not required
- ability to follow detailed cleaning processes
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- valid driver’s license preferred for team leads
- bilingual communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow cleaning process consistently to ensure customer satisfaction
- communicate with customers professionally and positively
- make customers feel cared for and valued
- manage team schedule and drive safely if team lead
- maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicle if team lead
- delight customers and encourage repeat business
