Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available for full-time work from 8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and at least one Saturday each month
- Must be bilingual preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license for achievement bonus eligibility
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time hours Monday through Friday and one Saturday each month
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Valid Texas driver’s license for drivers
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to follow established cleaning processes
Job Duties
- Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Follow the cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage team schedules as a team lead
- Ensure company cars are driven safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure supply readiness
- Delight customers to encourage repeat business and tips
