Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Reliable car
Eligibility to work in the US
Cell phone with internet access
Willingness to undergo a background check
Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Passion for cleaning and nurturing homes

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Basic familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and methods

Job Duties

Clean and maintain residential homes with attention to detail
Use eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques
Manage time effectively to complete cleaning within scheduled hours
Communicate respectfully with clients to understand their needs
Adhere to company safety and environmental standards
Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills
