Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Work well independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, or use force exertion up to 75 pounds
- Use of manual dexterity with common office equipment such as computers, printers, phones
- Completion of background check and E-Verify
- Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Perform all shift checklist responsibilities and reporting requirements
- Be familiar with property, departments, hours of operation and services of the hotel
- Answer basic housekeeping related questions
- Assist team with training, supplies and support to provide quality guest rooms and public areas
- Properly maintain hotel keys and electronic cards (key control)
- Clean and stock linen closets
- Clean and vacuum hallways, including baseboards
- Turn in all lost and found items as per procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Dust light fixtures
- Pick up dirty linen from housekeeping closets and throw down chute
- Strip rooms and assist in pick up of dirty linen
- Sort terry and linen into laundry carts
- Put away supplies when received
- Ensure all trash from guest room floors is placed in dumpsters
- Run items to guest rooms, room attendants and supervisor
- Participate in housekeeping deep clean or preventive maintenance programs
- Participate in departmental meetings
- Carpet clean guest rooms and hallways
- Participate in required training programs
- Report damage and hazard repairs to supervisor
- Keep stock levels at par and maintain cleanliness of linen closets
- Clean elevator tracks
- Perform all housekeeping duties as outlined in training outlines and checklists
- Be familiar with frequently used standard operations procedures
- Know how to operate all housekeeping equipment
- Recognize situations requiring supervisory attention
- Create 100 percent guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience
- Give personal attention, take responsibility, and use teamwork in guest service
- Listen, apologize empathetically, find solutions and follow through resolving guest problems
- Provide Yes I Can genuine hospitality and teamwork
- Assume responsibility to notice guest dissatisfaction and use best judgement
- Perform other duties required to provide brand behavior and genuine hospitality
- Perform other duties as required by management to provide 100 percent guest satisfaction and genuine hospitality to guests
