We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic House Attendant to join our team. This position is essential for maintaining the overall cleanliness and ambiance of our public spaces, ensuring every area sparkles and contributes positively to the guest experience. As a House Attendant, you will be the unseen hero who shines behind the scenes, keeping all corners pristine, greeting guests warmly, supporting event preparations, and backing up housekeeping operations effectively. The role demands attention to detail, a proactive and adaptable approach, and the physical capability to handle various maintenance and hospitality tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed, that events run smoothly, and that the hotel's reputation for excellence remains intact.

The House Attendant role is particularly vital during the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring a dependable individual who can work independently and maintain a safe, clean, and seamless environment throughout the night. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing lobbies, restrooms, carpets, and furniture, responding promptly and politely to guest requests, setting up meeting rooms and events with meticulous attention to detail, and managing security aspects such as safeguarding sensitive areas and handling lost-and-found items responsibly. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and committed to providing top-tier hospitality service.
