Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow safety and operational protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, and guest supplies promptly
  • remove soiled linens, trash, and debris from guest rooms and service areas
  • restock housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply closets
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping closets and back-of-house areas
  • clean and maintain designated public areas including hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms
  • ensure all areas meet Flamingo Resort & Spa cleanliness and presentation standards
  • report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
  • assist Laundry Attendants with sorting, folding, and transporting linens as needed
  • ensure timely delivery of clean linens to appropriate areas
  • help maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
  • respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • provide support to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort at all times
  • follow all safety procedures including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • adhere to company policies and brand standards
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
