Job Description

The Kades Corporation stands as one of the largest McDonald’s franchises in the United States, proudly operating 38 McDonald’s restaurants across the Beaumont and Houston areas. This extensive network highlights our commitment to delivering quality service and exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As a franchise operator, The Kades Corporation operates independently from McDonald’s USA, focusing on localized management and community engagement while adhering to the trusted standards and practices of McDonald’s worldwide. Our company culture is built upon leadership, growth, and operational excellence, fostering an environment where motivated individuals can thrive and develop their careers in the fast-food industry.

We are currently seeking experienced and driven leaders to join our team at the shift manager level, offering a clear path for career advancement into higher management positions. While prior McDonald’s experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, broadening the opportunity for talented managers from varying backgrounds to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to own operational responsibilities and lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Shift managers at The Kades Corporation are entrusted with a diverse range of duties including leading teams, ensuring food safety standards, managing inventory, overseeing customer service excellence, and maintaining safety and security protocols. This position offers competitive wages starting at $15 per hour, paid training and professional development, and a monthly bonus program with the potential to earn up to $4,800 annually. We also provide comprehensive benefits that support both the personal and professional growth of our employees, such as free college degrees through CTU, telehealth services, college tuition assistance, and health insurance including Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage for health, vision, and dental.

As a shift manager within our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment. You will have the opportunity to lead, train, and inspire a team of employees, oversee scheduling to maintain smooth operations, and implement quality control measures that uphold our high standards. Your leadership will be critical in driving store performance and meeting business objectives, all while promoting a culture of safety, respect, and professionalism. The role requires versatility, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities across different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

At The Kades Corporation, we invest in our leaders by providing resources and support that facilitate career development and advancement. Our unique benefits such as the Archways to Opportunity program and employee discounts enhance the overall employment experience, making this position an excellent choice for those aspiring to build a long-term career in the restaurant industry. If you are a motivated individual with a proven track record of team leadership and a passion for operational management, we invite you to apply and become part of a growing franchise dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement.
