Job Requirements

  • Willing to complete all required training including foundations and Serve Safe Essentials
  • Ability to lead, direct, and motivate team members
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexible and positive attitude to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt customer delivery within speed of service guidelines
  • Provides production direction to team clearly and concisely
  • Sets an example by working hard to implement the shift plan and ensure smooth production
  • Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and order delivery
  • Demonstrates patience and positive attitude while delegating tasks
  • Motivates team to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service
  • Resolves customer feedback and complaints professionally and timely
  • Directs, trains, and motivates team members during shifts on workstations
  • Delegates work to encourage teamwork and efficient restaurant operation
  • Ensures compliance with government regulations, safety, sanitation, and cash policies
  • Reports violations and takes initiative on safety and sanitation issues
  • Performs cash management, reconciles deposits, and manages inventory
  • Assists in recruitment and informal coaching of team members
