Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Basic math skills
- Willing to complete all required training such as Foundations and Serve Safe Essentials
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform restaurant duties
Job Qualifications

- Basic math skills
- Ability to motivate and train team members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to complete required training such as Foundations and Serve Safe Essentials
- Understanding of employment laws and company policies

- Experience with cash handling and inventory management preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members
Job Duties
- Leads shift operations by directing efficient and accurate food preparation and sales
- Provides clear production direction to team members
- Sets an example by implementing shift plans and ensuring smooth production
- Identifies and resolves bottlenecks in food preparation and order delivery
- Demonstrates patience and positivity in delegating tasks
- Motivates team to exceed customer service expectations with food and friendly service
- Resolves customer feedback and complaints professionally and timely
- Trains and motivates team members on workstations during shift
- Delegates work to promote teamwork and operational efficiency
- Maintains order and discipline among employees during shift
- Adheres to compliance with government, food safety, security, cash, and operational policies
- Ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Reports safety, sanitation, or security violations promptly
- Manages cash and inventory controls including reconciling deposits and identifying discrepancies
- Assists salaried management with team recruitment and informal guidance
- Does not conduct formal disciplinary actions
- Supports a safe and secure environment for customers and team members
