Job Description

This program is an excellent gateway for those eager to build a rewarding career in restaurant management, providing a strong foundation with comprehensive, hands-on training and real-world experience.\n\nThe Hourly Manager Training Program spans approximately five weeks and is fully paid, underscoring our dedication to investing in the growth and development of our future managers. Throughout the training, participants will immerse themselves in leadership development, operational training, and gain practical experience that will prepare them for the challenges and responsibilities of managing a restaurant. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will be assigned to a specific restaurant location to take charge of daily operations and receive final approval to officially assume the Hourly Manager role. This transition marks the beginning of an exciting management career where leadership, integrity, and commitment are highly valued and rewarded.\n\nOur restaurants operate daily from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., creating a vibrant and energetic work atmosphere suited for early risers who thrive on structure and teamwork. Candidates entering this program should possess between three to twelve months of management experience, showcasing reliability, coachability, and a strong desire to grow within the leadership ranks. The role requires a proactive attitude and the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively, ensuring that operational goals and high standards of customer service are consistently met.\n\nSuccessful candidates will be instrumental in shaping the restaurant’s culture by hiring, training, coaching, and developing staff, while maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment. They will also be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, managing inventory and sales reports, and solving conflicts diligently and professionally. This position offers a unique blend of leadership challenges and opportunities, making it perfect for individuals ready to step into a managerial position and make a positive impact within a nationally recognized brand committed to excellence.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred
  • 3 - 12 months of management experience

  • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff

  • plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and implements daily work schedules
  • manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
