Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent or technical training and/or related subject preferred
  • 3 - 12 months of management experience
  • dependable, coachable, and ready to grow into leadership
  • strong customer service skills
  • thorough knowledge of restaurant operation
  • ability to perform and train in all positions in the restaurant
  • ability to organize own workload and workload of others
  • strong leadership qualities and maintain respect of team members, supervisors, and customers

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing staff
  • giving direction, delegating, problem solving, resolving conflicts
  • enforce and maintains adherence to policies and procedures
  • produces fresh, high quality food
  • ordering and managing inventory
  • plans, organizes, prioritizes coordinates and implements daily work schedules
  • manage daily sales reports and inventory reports
  • maintain attendance records
  • maintain a clean restaurant
  • ensure outstanding customer service is given to all customers
  • other duties as assigned
