The company is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Hourly Assistant Manager to join its dynamic team. As an Hourly Assistant Manager, your key responsibility will be assisting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. You will play a vital leadership role by supervising and supporting team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality guest service. Training and developing employees to meet company standards will be a significant aspect of your role, along with ensuring full compliance with food safety, sanitation policies, and other operational guidelines. You will also be instrumental in managing inventory controls, ordering supplies, and enforcing cost management measures that align with the company’s financial goals.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant atmosphere is essential, along with addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally. This role requires a hands-on approach and a positive attitude to lead by example. The candidate’s ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while fostering a team spirit will be crucial to success in this position. Experience with food preparation and cooking, particularly pizza making, will be advantageous. The role demands availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Although ServSafe certification is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.

- 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
- Prep and cook experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
