Job Description

Towne Park is a leading provider of parking management and hospitality services, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, attentiveness, and safety. The company operates in the hospitality and parking services industry, dedicating itself to creating pleasant and efficient parking experiences for guests at various locations including hotels, event venues, and airports. Towne Park prides itself on its attention to detail, customer-centric approach, and commitment to safety and operational excellence. With a flexible work environment and a strong company culture focused on team collaboration and guest satisfaction, Towne Park provides employees opportunities for growth and development within the hospitality sector.

The Guest Service Associate role at Towne Park is a critical position designed for energetic and personable individuals who thrive in guest-facing roles and enjoy providing high-quality service with a welcoming attitude. This position entails a combination of valet parking duties, guest assistance, and concierge-like responsibilities where employee interactions significantly impact the overall guest experience. Compensation for this position includes an hourly base pay ranging from $6 to $8, supplemented with an additional $10 to $14 per hour in tips, emphasizing the importance of excellent service delivery.

The work schedule is highly flexible, accommodating candidates’ availability with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, or evening, depending on hotel business volumes and demand fluctuations. This flexibility is ideal for individuals seeking varied working hours and a dynamic work environment. The position also requires excellent communication skills, stamina for physical tasks, and the ability to maintain composure and courtesy during busy periods.

This role demands physical endurance as much of the work takes place outdoors under varying weather conditions, potentially requiring lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, physical ability to perform tasks such as parallel parking, opening doors, and mobility to assist guests efficiently.
