Compensation for this role includes an hourly wage ranging from $9 to $11, complemented by tips between $5 and $10 per hour, making it a rewarding job for those who value excellent service and customer interaction.
As a Guest Service Associate, individuals are expected to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Key duties include greeting guests warmly using their last names, opening doors, assisting with bell services, and handling vehicle operations with caution and care. The role also involves administrative tasks such as accurately processing claim checks, collecting fees, and completing ticket information to maintain operational efficiency and security.
Towne Park supports its employees with various benefit options including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and a 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for these benefits depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Although seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from these benefits, full-time employees can expect a comprehensive package supporting their health and financial well-being.
The job requires a valid driver’s license and a basic level of experience or training, making it accessible for individuals starting their careers in customer service or looking to build upon existing skills. Physical stamina is also important as the role involves significant periods of standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds, often in outdoor environments exposed to varying weather conditions.
